Returned an item the other day and the lady was very rude to me and asked why I was returning and I replied it didn?t fit. She began to be surprised that a top didn?t fit.Sorry about that

I was passively accused of stealing by a member of staff and when I showed I hadn?t stole anything. She acted like she had never accused me. Made me feel very unwelcome in the store. where?s my apology mrs charity shop lady ?

I have been shopping regularly at this store for almost 2 years now. Today I went in with my 3 year old daughter to search for a specific toy I saw at my last visit, a small toy I needed for the language class I teach for for free, for the community, as a volunteer at the local library. I took my time to go through the toy boxes. After a while, one of the staff ladies asked me, and only me out of all customers present, whether "I wanted to buy something?" I said yes and she simply turned around. Rayleigh BHF store, I didn't realize rummaging with a toddler in your 50 pence toy boxes looks like suspicious behaviour to you.
