Really lovely staff, very helpful. Coryann was really helpful and friendly and went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend. Nice to be able to walk in and speak to someone than everything being online.

Really annoyed. Ordered £200 worth of foreign currency on a Friday and advised of the notes I wanted. They said that they were in stock, and agreed to collect on Monday.Went in on the monday, was waiting for 25 minutes, staff unapologetic and then said that they had the notes in very small notes ( would be around 180 notes for £200) or high notes worth around £50 each. This isn't what I had ordered. I found them quite rude with attitude and in the end I said forget it I will go elsewhere! It wasn't the fact they had messed up it was the general attitude that really bothered me.

A very disappointing experience. I had a load of £1 & £2 coins which I wanted to exchange for Euros. The staff member was helpful, and happy to exchange them, and started counting them. Initially the Manager also agreed, but then decided that some of the coins ?might? be fake (she didn?t establish this). She then decided, after an apparent phone call to her boss, that the exchange couldn?t go ahead. I had tried to use the banks in the high street, but they either closed early on Saturdays, or wouldn?t allow me to exchange the coins - as I didn?t bank with them. All very polite, but basically the Manager couldn?t be bothered to count the coins on a Saturday afternoon. I actually felt like the Manager doubted my integrity, and made the decision NOT to exchange the money - which I was changing to Euros for my two teenage sons (who were with me) for a trip to Gibraltar the following day,

I found the staff professional friendly and helpful. The person I dealt with Zoe was friendly and downloaded luggage labels and helped book COVID tests would definitely use Hays again.

Tapping on his pc for 15 mins while I wait for him to input a someone else?s booking , how you can run a business ignoring new business and letting them walk is beyond me , I was sitting there with 2 grand cash ready to book , no wonder everyone goes online now #useless
