Called today for a 15kg bag of dog food. Struggled due to bad back and sciatica. Young lady a third of my age carried out to car. Lovely service. Even got 10% off, yes a Pets at Home coupon that was useful. Normally I get money off fish stuff, I?ve never owned a fish!

Excellent store with very helpful and friendly staff. I have back problems and am especially grateful to the lady who helped me with lifting bags of cat litter in my car, she also kindly returned the pound I had forgotten I had left in my trolley.
