“Over the festive period and beyond, I’ve had to use the post office counters on several occasions.. I’ve found that, even on the busiest of occasions, the staff remain calm, polite and knowledgeable. No question- from me - was too daft.They can’t really do much about prices,( although they do try to get the best deals for parcel s) but their customer service is very good. Definitely deserve full stars.”
“Very friendly staff, reduced opening hours, but you can request a redelivery on line with no problems for a packet/parcel/letter if you were out on the delivery attemp to a day that you will be in.”
