Took my car for a Valet here today. Upon returning home I noticed my reversing sensors were not working properly. I checked the rear of the car and one of them had been poked through into the bumper. So between the time of me leaving my house and returning home the only place I'd been was this car wash so it must have happened here. Also, they had turned my car around when I picked it up (which they don't normally do) so I wouldn't reverse out and notice. I returned to the business to complain and they denied all knowledge, however they would not let me check the cctv to prove them innocent. Read into that what you will.....

Paid £30 for the mini valet(Grey Ford Focus)These guys did a rubbish job.Had to clean all windows again myself when I got home, along with hoovering the seats as they didn't bother despite it stating "Thorough Hoover"...Save your money and go elsewhere.Will NEVER return here again.Services: Vacuuming

Not good! I paid £25 for a mini valet and I had to wipe the car down myself as there was water dripping down the back boot and windscreen. also, the car was not cleaned properly. look at the photos I have attached. avoid this place, never going there again
