would give 0 if possible, went in to put the gas/electric on through voucher today and the woman called Linda made an error and put the amounts on the wrong way round, which totally caused me problems, Initially they said they can change it, then came back and said they couldn't and I would have to speak to EDF, well as this was not my error I dont see why I should be using my time to do this, I complained and got a very sarcastic and annoyed response from a woman called Lisa, I pointed out there was a long queue of customers behind me and they should not have to wait and this should be resolved by the post office who made the error, not myself or the energy provider, they refused, Lisa said she did not care about the customers waiting( nice, lovely customer service) and when I said I would be going to make a complaint, she laughed and waved sarcastically, need less to say I have made an official complaint to the post office and will not be using this place again.
