Not impressed with the welcome we had in the Saffron Walden showroom.I introduced myself and was met with rudeness and unprofessional approach to selling. At one point he said he?d come round and smash my new windows if we didn?t buy from them. As for us, we buy rundown houses in good locations and had budgeted £70k for the kitchen and over £30k for other work they could have done. Our money is now going elsewhere. Shame there's not an option for no star.
