Don't bother going here if you are over a size 18, although the company go above this, apparently it doesn't suit their clientele to stock anything bigger, sent me into a spiral after basically being told i was too fat to go in their shop

Very rude, I picked a few items one which was in the sale, it was priced wrong, the woman said at the till ?the till says it?s £16? more than it was marked at (which I would have been happy to pay) she rudely said she could not change the price. No apology offered for it being priced wrong. I felt uncomfortable and left without buying any of the items. I often shop in monsoon and will go out my way to visit another store even though this is my local store.

Really rude manager, passive aggressive to people coming in. Didn't take price off when gift wrapped and no hello/thank you when payingMade everyone in the shop feel very uncomfortable.
