Never answer the phone, slow turn around times, had multiple issues with communication between themselves and the doctors. I?ve since moved across to Boots Pharmacy and no issues there! Sadly my partner is still using Well and having these same difficulties.

Waste of time using this pharmacy as the pharmacist is often not available especially frustrating as you need to pay parking charges to access the pharmacy. If the pharmacist is not there you can't collect prescriptions. I work for a living so find it difficult to get there at the best of times

Thank you so much to the pharmacist who recommended some soothing gel for my daughters chicken pox. After just a couple of applications her tears had stopped, the spots looked so much better and we knew they wouldn?t scar. We were recommended other less effective treatment from other chemists in the area, but so happy I found this place. They had the kids vitamins in stock too ?

The website and the notice in the window states that the opening time is 0900 on Saturday. Waited until 9:15 today and still not open. A friend told me they didn't open last Saturday at 0900 either.I was going to send my repeat prescriptions to you but I will not now .

Best day of the month again when my subscription package arrived!! Always exciting to see what?s inside. The chocolates look an amazing selection, yet to be tried! The marshmallows are supreme! Little soft pillows of the most amazing natural flavours. Will definitely be buying these and very highly recommended. Thank you so much.

I ordered three times before Christmas as these have to be some of the best chocolates and confectionery I have tasted. The fruit pastilles were amazing. I will definitely be back.

I have been today in there with my 3 year old son. We were second in a queue. Suddenly my son told that he has to go to toilet quickly. I asked him if he can wait as we need to leave his prescription wit lady. He started cry that it heart's him and... So I have asked polite lady if she can only look at my side prescription and tell me if they got it so I could leave it with her and come back to collect it later. She looked at me and in very rude way she told me that she is serving at the moment someone else. I don't think in situation like that it should happened.

Opening hours are till 6.30, I got here just before 6.30 and it was locked up, shutters down and lights off. If you are going to shut at 6.20, just put it on your website and save people the journey.
