DO NOT GO HERERude staff will not co-operate with you. They will not allow screenshots or photos for refunds because it is 'company policy' and if you want the refund money to go to another card they will not allow you.Very shocking, just use Amazon or E-Bay instead. All they want to do is take your money and they don't care about your experienceI would give 0 stars if I could.

My recent experience at Argos Rayleigh, with Debbie as the staff member, was deeply disappointing. When I tried to return an item, I was surprisingly denied without any good explanation other than that my reasoning of not wanting the item anymore (because I didn?t fancy it any it any longer) was not good enough.Debbie's attitude during this encounter was not just unhelpful but downright disrespectful, leaving me feeling like a criminal. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction was not what I expected as a loyal customer. I genuinely hope Argos Rayleigh takes this feedback to heart, recognising the need for significant improvements in their customer service standards, so others don't have to endure similar treatment

Let's talk about Store Manager Debbie .......what should be - leader of the team, good example to her colleagues how to deliver exceptional customer service and how to deal with a customer complaint ....... What is the reality - unfriendly, missurable, unprofessional woman who have no clue about her job.Tried to return bread slicer - been told the screw in the middle which holds the blade broken because I didn't care about the slicer and I should be unscrew and clean after every use? The slicer was used for slicing sourdough and then she questioned what is the white dust over it ? ITS A FLOUR , love!!! Flour from the bread, bread is made of flour and dusted with flour to give it the look! She refused to process refund and was constantly accusing me of me damaging the slicer! Instead she gave me phone number to Magimix to call them ...I think Argos / Sainsbury's need to re train their Argos staff to great customer services, customer behaviours ... At the end... we/customers are paying their wages , right?

Needed to return an item without a receipt? I had checked over the phone whether this was possible and they said the store should be able to find it on their system. Went into the Rayleigh store to be met with a woman whose name badge said ?store manager? with a face like thunder!! Basically accused me of trying to return an item that I hadn?t even paid for and then started whispering to the other young girl when I started to leave!! Completely unprofessional and rude behaviour! Would not deal with this store ever again with such a nasty woman being the head of it!!

Miscommunication from staff, told one day it's okay to return item so they reserve stock to me to exchange next day, when I return I'm told it's not okay to exchange, train your staff better!

Bought a RoboVac, at point of purchase I asked if this was a returned Item and I was told no it was not. I got home and immediately I can tell it?s been used and it?s missing a filter, I am not local and I drove far for this. Check all your items and don?t believe what the staff tell you
