Can never get through on the phone to see if a prescription is in or not, and you get there to find out its not in, they'll say basically call the docs and oh the docs say it's at the chemist go back in later and it oh its just arrived... really... if only they answered the phone all this back and forward stress would be... read full comment

If they were any slower they’d work backwards. Counter staff in their own world and seem put out if people need serving . Unless you happen to be dying at the moment you’re next to the shop, avoid and go elsewhere

Put my daughters prescription of milk that she needs to be able to drink/eat!! through on Thursday morning, went in store to collect Saturday - they didn’t have the delivery even though it was due Friday? Was told to come in Tuesday as it would be in by then and if it wasn’t they would give me some from the back.. well... read full comment
