Very Horrible manager. Spoke to me with no manners even tho they are the one who caused the problem. I spoke respectively but they treated me as a joke. I don?t recommend ever ordering from Argos again.

I ordered online and paid £180. Went in next day and and they said none of it was in stock.refund takes 14 day so they say.never again will i shop at argos.iv never used amazon so Amazon hear i come.....

Terrible customer service we ordered a tv and paid in full after checking to see it was available to pick up in store once paid we was told to pick up the next day... the other southend store had stock but the manager said we couldn't have that tv. Wish we never used argos now and took our sale else where terrible company and service.

Shop is okay but be aware that the opening times for vulnerable groups and health and social care workers is false. They do not open the store early which is stated on their website. Queues for sainsburys are long which is a negative of accessing the argos.

I purchased a Magimix online for fast track service that would be delivered on Tuesday 12th November. So after getting my message to pick it up I went to the Southend Store, which was on my way to work, to pick it up. However after a bit of searching and computer checking it had failed to be delivered at this store.

Since moving to Sainsbury's, the queues are ridiculous. I've attempted to shop there 3 times and have given up each time. The queue reaches into the supermarket, which is in the way for the shoppers who don't even want to go to Argos. The location isn't as convenient as it was before. If you're doing non-food shopping, it's annoying to have to go out of your way to Sainsbury's. As a disabled person, this does make a big difference.

Argos being located within Sainsbury's hasn't made any difference to me personally (apart from 2-3 mins further walking!). Argos now having Customer parking will no doubt make collections a much easier process than from where they were previously located!
