Boots was very quiet. They had nearly everything I went for, although to be honest the missing item seems to be out of stock everywhere. The staff were helpful, though, and checked thoroughly for what I needed.

The staff members in Boots are so unfriendly, rude , seemed to judge individuals or customers. The Pharmacist there was very cocky and spoke in a very hostile manner, towards me . The staff at that Boots in Victoria Shopping Mall Southend on sea, needs to be retrained in showing great customer service.
