young woman serving in morning behind till ..wow what an attitude, very rude, arrogant, this was not the first time either, never been spoken to like that in a shop before especially in front of my children, its obvious she does not value her job and does not want to be there shocked you have employed someone like this, other customers who saw what happened said they have had same attitude with her and her rude sarcastic remarks very lucky my wife was not there but good chance she will be paying this girl a visit

Every time I have been in there Staff helpful.Even this evening problem with the till and the deal I had,the young man made every effort to sort it.The Staff work on the tills,in the main shops etc.Keep up the good work.

Good place nice and clean but why staff is advised to leave reduced items out of the fridge since the afternoon in a trolley by the entrance? Managers why is that? And especially meat included chicken? Do you guys want to poison someone? All other supermarkets leave reduced items in the fridge in a designated area and not outside on room temperature for hours. I complained in person but nothing was done for that so I guess next step is to come here and mention again.P.s chicken on pictures was slightly warm and not chilled. So avoid getting something reduced as you will end up being sick probably. Apart from that I am happy with the shop.

Contains a superb range for its size. Free parking along most of the road also makes for an easy shop. Great for essentials - shop early to witness its deep clean in progress. Lots of competing retail action around it plussome nice coffee houses. My current Co-op favourite store.

The Co-Op is more ethical than most shops and does some good community work and the reason they get first dibs over Tesco or Sainsbury's in the same roadcbut ultimately they're another minimum wage employer.Hamlet Crt Road store is jammed packed. Poorly signed and many staff talk to whoever is on the next till, rather than acknowledge your presence but if you pay a pittance, why should they care?

Even though there are restrictions, for covid,19. People are still not socail distancing. And not wearing face masks. And doing what ever they want to. Most shops have done a 1 way system. But you always get some one doing the opersite. Or people coughing and not covering there mouths. And worse of all. No face masks. But staff in hamlet co/op are very good. They have a lot to worry about. And fel so sorry for what they have to put up with. So 5stars for the staff
