“Just excellent. Everything needed was available, very knowledgeable staff without any urgency or rush to push through a sale. Ultimate purchase was sized by the manager down to one spare tile! Recommended I get a bucket with the notch trowel because it was £2 cheaper, and when I needed about 10 extra washers, chucked a handful in extra to save me buying another box of 100!
