I paid to have 2 x wheel balancing and 2 new tyres.YOU DID NOT BALANCE MY TYRES, YOU TOOK MY MONEY AND YOU LET ME DRIVE HOME LIKE THIS.when i drove home which is 15 minutes from this branch i looked at my tyres and saw that the original stick on weights we still on there, they had not been replaced.I had to phone the branch and complain, the manager said to drive back to store and he would have it checked.When I arrived back in store......... another 30 miles round trip, the manager agreed with me and had them taken off and balanced.SO THIS POOR SERVICE HAS COST ME TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK TO HAVE IT DONE... Surely you should pay for my return diesel......

They did not fix the issue, cost me extra expense due to withholding information and missed issues that not only would?ve failed an MOT but would?ve been incredibly dangerous for me to drive with. I have already logged a complaint and am awaiting area manager contact as promised.

Although an awkward job due to nature of the car it was a relief to get it sorted fairly quickly - the only reason why not a five is that I had to make contact to get a sense of when it would be done but guess all very busy

I recently took my car in for a full service and MOT. I booked over the phone and explained that I needed 3 new tyres based on recommendations by kwik fit from a previous MOT. I explained that I had no locking wheel nut key and asked if it would be possible to have a new set fitted. They quoted me a price for all of these services when I dropped off the car. This was around £600. I was then told over the phone that Brake pads and discs were needed and that it brought the total to £948. When I went to pick up the car, they tried to them charge me £1115. I explained that this was not the price they had quoted me the day before after the work had been done.When I said I would not be paying this amount, the manager was contacted and agreed that the original quoted price was correct, so I paid and left.When I received the itemised invoice it was noticed that they had charged me for 4 tyres and they had only changed 3. II subsequently contacted customer care who although told me I would receive a call back did not contact me again. I continued to spend time after time on hold, asking to speak to somebody who could deal with my complaint. I cannot recall the number of times I kept phoning to only repeat myself and be promised phone calls in return.I finally was contacted by Anthony (operations manager) who at the time, was helpful and confirmed that I had been overcharged for multiple parts and that the invoice was ?a mess?. The garage charged for 4 brake discs (the car has only 2), 4 tyres, brake pads which I am certain were changed during a previous MOT and the invoice prices made little sense where the staff member had tried to discount all parts so the bill amounted to the quoted price of £948 instead of £1115.Since I spoke to Anthony he has NOT contacted me once. I kept phoning both him and customer care. I was left in the dark and called the garage to discuss the issues with the manager there.2 days after a full service and MOT my car has been in and out of the garage. I have experienced nothing but issues with it which I can only feel cannot be coincidence. The usb port does not work, the mileage is flashing and the number plate bulb went. When I took it back in for a diagnostic, it failed to start. It was kept in for 5 days awaiting a mechanic who could look more closely at the electrics as it was thought that the ECU might need replacing.They fixed a fuse and I picked it up again. I drove and the mileage continued toFlash etc. I was told it ?did not do this during the 5 minute test drive?. The number plate bulb came back on and I phoned the garage immediately. I had to take it back yet again. When I explained that this bulb light has been on since before the diagnostic I was told rather sarcastically by a mechanic in the store that ?we cannot predict when a bulb goes?. I explained that I knew this but it had been flashing even after you?d fixed things. He changed the bulb for me. have now have been told it can be sorted by an auto electrician / manufacturer.I cannot believe how stressful this experience has been!!! I work an hour away from home and have had to pay additional money to insure myself on a friends car to get there and back each day. I have been on the phone to the garage and customer care, speaking to people who did not seem to be bothered that I had been overcharged and experienced such hassle.I was promised compensation to then only receive a refund of the parts that you overcharged me for.I cannot believe I took my car to a ?trusted? company and have come away having been charged hundreds and having what feels like more issues than I started with. I now have to pay more money to have it seen by an auto electrician and these issues that have come up have only been since it had a full service and MOT.

I didn?t have an appointment, yet my car was seen within 3 hours and I had it back with no issues. Staff were friendly and helpful, with a wealth of knowledge.

The brake change was done quickly, and they kept me informed as to progress. There was a minor issue at the end, but they had this fixed immediately on me noticing.
