Always dissatisfied every time I go here. Quality lacks. Just bought a coat for my son and the sleeves are sewn together inside so he can?t get his arms out of the hole. Beyond useless. Waste of my time, money and energy.

Went late July into Matalan Southend and although a great range of clothes naturally, an elderly lady slipped over from a leaking roof. I stood with her personally for 5+ minutes without really staff getting their act together, eventually someone came across though and helped her. She had quite a bruised elbow and shoulder by the looks of it.

only one thing althought very polite staff most have yourself checkout payment i dont like that i am familiar with it but my wife isnt and for the long cue for a cashier most people don like either
