I'd give this shop no stars at all if I had my way.Called in here to get some shopping and also put a two litre bottle of Dr Pepper on the counter.Paid for my things and was certain I'd paid for the drink as well.Then the arrogant buggers made me pay an extra £2.35 for my drink when that was complete rubbish and should have been included as and when I paid for all of my shopping including the drink in question.As far as I am concerned this five star nonsense of a short changing disaster area of a daylight robbery that is this crudball commercial of a shop in Mannering Gardens can jolly well go out of business for all I care.

Been shopping here for years with no problems.. but after my last 3 experiences with the female member of staff, who likes to overcharging the elderly and yesterday tried to overcharging myself by £8. My advice is don't use the shop while she's serving.
