Sadeeqah Ahmed (not sure I spelt it right) is an asset to the branch. She is very attentive, sympathetic and very efficient with getting us a same day A&E eye appointment for my son. For once I actually felt valued, heard and listened to. 5 star service.

Excellent service, they discovered a Melanoma tumor in my left eye in 2012. I was refered for specialist operations which saved my eye, been a satisfied customer ever since. Never been anywhere else.

I broke my glasses and love the fact they can take your old lenses out and put them in new glasses. Saving you from paying out for completely new glasses. You just pay for the new glasses the lenses go into.

Just wanted a routine eye test, but it was rotten experience here.I think I was booked in by, and had the scan with, the work experience kid. She didn't have a clue was what she was doing, couldn't work the systems, couldn't explain anything, didn't listen to a word I said. There's no space here for privacy, so I was quite jealous of the woman next to me - who I could hear being booked in by a competent person.The chap doing the actual eye test appeared to be ill (some kind of wet cold or flu) and he was inattentive, so I didn't feel confident to have the eye test here and left without having it.
