Hi Everyone. I hope head office is reading this. I am a single vulnerable mother with a toddler. My former partner threw me out of the house. I came in with a sick child. I spoke to someone called Amy. Short stocky chubby build with blondish hair. Very very rude. She was so dismissive and I asked her for help. Instead I heard her slag me off to another member of staff. And worse of all she tried to recommend nurofen for my child who is asthmatic. She should not be working in a place like this. Please can someone do something about her. As she is putting on an act of smiles but is so rude to customers. I left never wanting to come back there.

Again another good shop in the high street. The oYoung girl who is always down the beauty isle is so sweet, helpful and willing to explain anything. It?s nice to see Superdrug employing people from all walks of life!

Wonder in Wonder out again Vera seldom buy anything ,they really are not çheep ,prices are marked up high before before you see the lower price ,making it look like a lot has been taken of.

So me and my sister we walked in a picked a few stuff. As we were heading to the till the lady looked me up and down and gave me dirty looks. She did the same to my sister then she looked at my sister and asked for some ID. We were confused because all we got were nails and some facemasks. So my sister handed her the ID and then she mumbled a few discriminatory words. So then she gave back my sister her ID and she continued to scan our items while giving us dirty looks all because we both are not the same race as her but she continued to treat the people behind us nicely and treating them politely and respectfully just because they were the same race as her and we were not.

Visited as I was on holiday and needed to pick up some shampoo and the travel size bottle I walked in and headed for the hair isle I couldn't see any so I went back and asked the girl at door who seemed lost in another planet I asked her wear it is and she walked me along the front and pointed in the direction and told me it should be just up there if we have any wich just up a bit goes to 2 isles so wasn't really sure wear she pointed.\\nWhilst friendly and helpful I found it hard enough to ask for help anyway and I am autistic and would have really made things easier to at least have been shown as far as that I can see the items without still having no idea and just a rough area where it is.\\nIt was still a good store and seemed well stocked and I got what I wanted which I had been in many other stores that day looking for.

Always feel a little disappointed with Superdrug. Sadly just doesn't give the same customer satisfaction as some of its competitors.

Atrocious customer service, and that?s from the supposed store manager.Whilst I was waiting to be served by the Pharmacist, another customer was waiting behind me for nearly 10 minutes. That customer had a speech impediment and was getting quite irritated waiting.There were 3 people behind the counter but at the back of the pharmacist and I called out to ask for assistance for the person behind me.The store manager (one of the 3 people behind the pharmacist counter) came over to say she was not trained to deal with pharmacy issues.I asked if she could talk to the disturbed customer to let him know when someone could assist.She repeated she was not trained in pharmacy matters. That was not the point and she should have spoken to the customer to let him know he would be seen, or enquired of one of the pharmacy assistants to come to the counter.Another few minutes and still no one came although I could see them.Eventually one of the dippy assistants came forward by which time the irritated customer left in a distressed state.Never witnessed such appalling and sloppy behaviour from a so called manager. She should be sacked as clearly not suitable to dealing with customers.I spoke further to the manager and have never witnessed such a nonchalant and unprofessional person in a retail environment.Would suggest using alternatives than Superdrug

Was OK but so many questions was asked when paying for purchase. I only wanted buy two things, I just wanted to pay and go!
