Automatic sinks in the customer bathrooms are an absolute waste of time. You?re supposed to wash your hands for 20 seconds yet the sink gives you only 5 seconds of water then 2 seconds of warm air dryer before turning off whether you?re done or not. No way to get more drying time without wasting soap and water for another 2 seconds of dryer. Most customers I saw didn?t bother using them and just left without washing hands. Tesco please remove these and treat your customers like adults.

I was grossly discriminated against by an employee named Jess and the manager. I wanted to buy a 20 pack of baby nappies, after waiting the whole line and it was my turn, Jess appeared and started saying which product I could buy from and which ones I couldn't, in the end they left me with 6 products at their discretion and told me that if I am not satisfied with this they will take my club card and ban me from tesco!I had never met a rude attitude!Please pay attention to the regional manager!

I sent my husband to bought milk for our baby and toddler with healthy start NHS card voucher, in beginning he bought formula for baby to make sure he didn?t has any problem as every time. The first cashier directly resolved the problem and fix the system to accept the card. At same time in same store after minutes he takes and normal milk for our toddler and didn?t accept two cashiers the card and my husband leaves the milk. How is impossible?Unfortunately was not there the same lady from the stuff. I have contact with healthy start and I will report the Tesco about it , they must to train the staff to be professionals in their work.

Nice store lots if food choices. Its a shame I could not park easier because city fibre use it as a distribution hub I counted 9 vans consuming many spaces !!!!!

As it was approaching Christmas (11 day) the store was busy, there were long queues at check out so best going for scan & shop where there was no delays.

Tesco Rochford is all in the ground floor so the clothing area is open the same as the rest of the store.

I had the misfortune to visit the fuel station at this Tesco Xtra.I was utterly disgusted with the two cashier's attitude to a problem that I experienced with the windscreen washer machine this afternoon.It's been some years since I have experienced such disinterest in helping a paying Tesco customer with a problem.At one point, I thought that I was reliving a sketch from 'Little Britain ' comedy series. 'The computer says no!!'They employed a 'its nothing to do with us' attitude.If I was Tesco HR, I would be questioning whether or not they are fit to wear the Tesco uniform.I know now that I should have visited Sainsbury's Rayleigh rather than this Tesco Xtra...I will not be returning to a Tesco store anytime soon.

Used petrol station. Tried to pay @ pump, though pump had sign on it apologising as pay @ pump is playing up. Gave up and paid in store in the end!

Love a big Tesco , loads of choice, plenty of parking. I?ve had to take off a star due to the fact they closed the deli and takeaway counter. I loved the roast chicken they did but they removed it and I can?t see why as they always sold them all

Rude staff got told to shut up by a member of staff when I was explaining why I was taking long to get pass a badly parked car. Someone was on their period.
