This shop is terrible. I went in there and waited for 10 minutes for someone to come serve me. I asked a rude man on the shop floor if he could serve me and he said no. I asked him can he get a member of staff to serve me and he stormed off out the back and didn't come back so I left my shopping and went to co op over the road. Its dirty and they have no customer service at all.

Never got any issues until my last time. I have asked for help with tesco app while paying for goods and heard from middle-aged staff, blond lady "it is your phone, not mine". When I calmly said that this is not about phone but about company app she simply rudely walk away!? To make it more "customer care" experience when I came to the till I have not heard simple hello or no smile, completely ignored as I ask to serve me-self service was card only. Young boy, who quickly replace her(I do not know why as there was no customers waiting) , though when I figured all out by myself (only to put sms approval code) thanked me and wished a good night. Sometimes senior staff needs to take an example.

I was followed by security for looking at chewing gum. They talked about me and my mates over the radio not trying to hide it which is borderline harassment. Seems like that is the only enjoyment they can get all night.

They have the Evri parcel shop sign outside but any time I take a parcel in to return, I?m told the printer is broken. Useless!

Pathetic excuse for a tesco. I am completely fed up of giving this place a chance. Staff always chatting amongst eachother making you wait at the till alone. Plus, there's never any selection for meal deals, the wraps are always the least popular flavours and I'm convinced they just don't stock them up or are too lazy to. This store is an embarrassment to tesco's name. I have refrained from writing this for over a year now but I'm completely fed up with it

This used to be a supermarket it hasn't shrunk but it's done over if it's fish counter it's delicatessen tenderise meat counter now you get the industrial process versions
