Really terrible service!I purchased a watch from this place. It had issues. It?s been back to the shop twice for service in 16 months. The most recent time the shop has had the watch for almost 7 weeks. I have called multiple times to leave my number, wait for the return call - I rarely received. I have called again only to hear that they still don?t have the watch ready.I have now told them that I want the watch returned to me, I am waiting on a call back LOL. This shop may be cheaper but 10% in comparison to most high street places but the service has been terrible.I would advise against sending any jewellery here for repairs; Or buying any second hand high end value jewellery.

Went to collect repair transferred from the Leigh shop. I had,already driven to Leigh, paid to park, to learn item was now to be collected from Southend. On arrival, after paying to park again, the item could not be found. After explaining that I was not prepared to come back a 3rd time, I was told to f@#%k off by the man there. Fortunately his assistant apologised on his behalf. Eventually item was found........

Possibly the rudest man Ive ever been served by. I will not be purchasing anything from this man or his business. The lady working there was lovely but the owner was short, aggressive and didnt care about what I wanted because I was browsing/researching before going ahead and purchasing. Take a leaf out of the lovely lady's book and improve your customer service skills.

I too found the man rude and aggressive.my experience was awful. I had bought a gold chain 3 months ago for 330. When it broke I took it back they offered to repair it then wanted to charge me for the repair which I pointed out was wrong. Then he said I had broken it by pulling on it, and said it would break again if i pulled on it.which I said I had not. I said OK buy it back and he said we don't buy back which I said said a lot about the goods. The nice lady then said i could exchange it, but by then I had had enough of Bob who when I said I'd go to trading standards said he didn't care, well by then I just had enough took my weak chain back and left. Needless to say I won't be going back there.

I'm genuinely impressed with the extensive range of Gold and Silver items in this jewellers. I'm delighted with my first silver purchase made on my initial recce today. Secondhand pricing is more than reasonable and I would recommend visiting this emporium - it is undoubtedly, a 5 star experience:)

How can someone leave a rating of 1* on here with no explanation why? I have only bought items from here and never used the pawnbroking side of the business. Over the years we have received an excellent service. They will try to find exactly what you're looking for and if they don't have it they will try to make it. My wife had ruby cufflinks made for me for our ruby wedding and they are stunning. Highly recommended.
