    Dirty and chaotic- all the tables and floor littered with trash and when you tell the staff they just tell you they know but the manager won’t hire anyone else to clean. I’m a big pret fan (the three stars are for the food etc) but this is an embarrassment.

    I rarely feel the need to write a poor review but I just had an awful experience in here with a staff member. It started off badly when she rolled her eyes when I ordered my drink (nothing fancy just a filter coffee with hot oat milk).
