Lovely friendly staff, great vegan burger. Our waitress Annalise and the bar man (don't know his name) were very welcoming and attentive.

Friendly place, but tired decor. As a Hungry Horse pub, portions are plentiful. Steak was perfectly cooked to requirements (medium-rare).Kid-friendliness: Playground at back.

The Swan Inn is a cosy Hungry Horse pub that lies between Copford and Stanway. Just a few miles from the centre of Colchester, our family-friendly pub's only a stone's throw from the A12 that heads to London. As your favourite local sports pub, we have TVs showing everything from football to F1 on Sky Sports and TNT Sports, not to mention free WiFi.
