Spoken to Joe twice now both in store, and on the telephone, who has sorted out some rather obscure requests, and subsequent orders for tiles in different stores, due to limited stock for me. After a call to my local store Sudbury Suffolk once again failing on stock I called lottie at Colchester Essex store who confirmed she had my required tiles in stock and would hand deliver them on her way home to me absolutely outstanding service can't fault her and the extra effort to get my order completed to not hold up my project ??????????
