Quick and excellent. I had to post some docs urgently whilst I was driving back home. It was almost their closing time, however the staff was patient, courteous and very helpful to provide adequate packaging and process my package through the system. Thank you.

Due to Covid-19 they only allow 2 customers in the post office at anytime. Either the customers and staff can't count or don't care. Often people not wearing masks standing next to each other. Have mentioned it to the staff and manager yet nothing is done. Queened outside today 3 people came out and still 5 people inside so I walked away.

I asked for my parcel to be re-delivered here for a fee, i presented my something for you or 739 card along with my bank card as proof, the Asian lady refused to hand over my parcel stating i need a photo id like a passport or drivers licence, it clearly stated in my royal mail card a bank card was sufficient, i work at the west central royal mail callers office and hand over parcels everyday, there is a clear indication that the royal mail policies have not been followed at this post office and have been providing a bad customer service to customers. you only need a valid photo ID if you have to pick up an age verification item. over all i have had a very bad experience at this post office.

Excellent post office!! I've lived in a lot of areas and this post office has been the best of all of them thus far. It recently changed hands, and the new owners' hard work has 100% shaken off the negative experience I had from the previous ones.Staff are helpful, kind, and speedy! Would 100% recommend to anyone, and everyone!

Most times the queue is very long, not withstanding though the staff are quite happy to help & patient to explain things correctly. The Asian lady Shakila served me & I'm very delighted with the quality of service + promptness.
