I came in to look a frames as I didn?t in know what they done in specsavers and I was given a really disgraceful look so I left. I went back into specsavers, and was very disgraceful with the service, I was greeted fine but when it came to my appointment I waited 45 minutes just to be seen. Bearing in mind the shop was empty at the time too. My boyfriend came in to collect his glasses, he was told they were here but they weren?t, they contacted the lab but never heard anything back. Definitely will not be using specsavers again. The staff were very rude and inconvenient, Very disappointed.

My daughter had a contact lenses trail. The Pre-reg optometrist Hansan was so helpful, kind and encouraging what a lovely addition to the Wickford team.

Had a appointment for 2.45pm was greeted with a smile from a young lady had my back of eye photos done and a eye test done didn't have to pay a charge excellent service thanks hope you enjoyed the cakes ?

My husband booked an appointment last week and then was phoned on the day to say who he was seeing phoned in sick so they booked him in for another appointment the following week , they then phoned him an hour before his new appointment as a reminder, he drove all the way back from Southend to wickford and paid for his parking only to be told when he was sitting down that there computers were down and they had double booked his appointment ? what if it was an elderly person who had struggled to get thereWill never use specsavers again ?

Unfortunately not good. Distance glasses OK but reading ones not usable as everything is blurred. Have left specs at shop but have heard nothing nor have I been offered a further eye test. It is now several weeks since my initial test.
