I really hate giving bad reviews but I went in today for a browse and while the stock was good and shop tidy and nice window display the two women behind the till were the most miserable women I?ve encountered in a charity shop. I volunteer in a charity shop myself and we welcome our customers with a smile and thank them for their custom! Sorry for the bad review but I?m still in shock at how unwelcome I felt.

Fantastic staff, so very helpful and friendly ? The staff are always ready and happy to help, they love to see their customers ?The store has lots of items available for reasonable prices too ... it usually has what you're looking for ?

Was on the hunt for maroon jeans in a size 10 and luckily I found a pair customer service was great keep up the hard work volunteers. Solid 5/5 ?

I found DVDs of NCIS second hand Thursday afternoon and they were a bargain the shop supervisor working on the day was helpful nice and friendly staff in the shop
