Unfortunately, customer service needs an overhaul. An employee asked me if I'd paid for my bag. I hadn't which is my fault. She spoke to me with contempt infront of other shoppers. I did let her know I'd pay the 30p for the bag, however I refuse to be picked out of a group for viewing purposes.Her words, "I wouldn't usually charge you but I don't like your attitude"I'm shocked at how she thinks this is appropriate customer service. After letting her know I wouldn't be discussing it with her further after her comment, she continued. I didn't get a bag, yes, I should have paid for one. Don't agree with her attitude towards it. Especially since she admitted, she doesn't charge for bags anyway. Only when she feels like it, based on how she's thinks she's being treated.I've worked in retail, I know how difficult it can be. Never spoke to someone like that though!

I've encountered rude staff members past 2 visits here, customer service training is needed and probably put the place down for the good staff. Shame as good location but is always a last resort now

Shop has been closed for three weeks so far for refurbishment which is fine but everywhere online says the shop is open... Would have been nice for 1. Advance notice that the shop would be shut for the regular shoppers 2. To update google to show that the shop is closed for now rather than saying its open til 11pm when its not been open for 3 weeks...

I'm always surprised by the number of staff dedicated to picking online orders, every aisle had at least three of them cluttering up the place.

Was told to leave today for wearing a hood which is a security breach! Even though I had a face mask on and a beanie hat.Staff are fine serving people with no masks on but a hood was very dangerousSecurity guard was very rude and not wearing a mask either
