Tom the sales person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery arrived on time and the delivery driver Gordon was friendly and delivered the goods in a careful and efficient way.I was very impressed with the product and would definitely recommend the Wickford depot.

Sarah from the wickford store was so kind and helpful from start to finish. As soon as I arrived there, there were people willing to help and were happy to do so starting off with a young man showing me the paving slabs I originally wanted. I went inside where I was served by Sarah and after about 5 minutes my order was placed and booked for delivery 2 days later. However when I got home I realised that the sample slab I had looked at didn?t quite match the slabs I already had down so I emailed Sarah some pictures over where she assisted me further and changed my order all in the same day and still set for my delivery 2 days later and I was emailed my new invoice. They are so professional and friendly and made my experience a good one and stress free. Thank you once again to Sarah and the wickford team. I definitely would recommend Travis Perkins wickford store and will personally be going back.

Called to confirm they had levelling compound. Basil who answered the phone was very polite and helpful!But the lowest cost pack was £20 + VAT; Screwfix had a similar size bag for £9.99 inc VAT!Sorry but i'm not paying 120% more to save me driving to Basildon.

The staff can be a little abrupt but they are doing a wonderful job considering the stupid questions the general public .If you want materials at the same price as the trade this is the place, I have used a mini times and always efficient with very quick turnaround times

Very helpful and even set up an account with them for my jobs.Even told by them that there other branches near by can deliver for me wherever I'm working.Just place my orders of what I need and they will deliver with the app I installed on my phone. Awesome....
