The gym has really gone downhill. It has become a real sweat box, and does not seem to have any air flowing through it. This makes it very sweaty in there, and leaves all the machines very sticky. I visited this afternoon, and not even any spray to wipe down equipment after using it. Needs a good clean, and a lot of TLC.

I take my children here swimming every week for a few years now and found nothing but professional and fun instructors. (Cheryl and Ben are our favourite)!!!Would definitely recommend taking your munchkins here.

I can only comment on the swimming lessons they offer for children. Within 6 months my daughter did not progress at all. The teacher never got in the pool after the first week (not sure how you can teach inexperienced swimmers from side of pool!) and made her jump in first session with no arm bands which petrified her.... read full comment
