Was appalled by the service today in Witham grove centre - went with my friend to browse your products and staff were very unwelcoming and made belittling comments. This is NOT what you want your customers to receive when trying to buy your products...

I placed an online order on Thursday of last week for next day delivery. I was informed that I would receive a text and/or email when delivered to the Witham store.It is now the following Wednesday and no text or email has been received. I have just called the Witham store and apparently my order is there. I am disgusted... read full comment
