I went to the intermediate aerial silks class for a year before I sadly moved too far away from the studio. The aerial silks instructors (Erika and Holly) at KL are very experienced, and clearly genuinely passionate about passing on skills. I loved being able to bring my requests to the classes if I had seen an interesting move on Instagram, for example, but also knowing that each week we were going to learn something challenging and build upon our skills (the instructors always adapting to our personal strengths, progress and ability). Highly recommend. The bungee class is also a bit of fun too!

I first came to KL just over a year ago to try my hand at a few aerial disciplines, having never tried any except silks, years back.I fell in love with aerial hoop at first try, but more importantly, I fell in love with the instructors, the studio, and the environment/community that Kaiya, the owner, has fostered there.I went in to see if I'd enjoy it, and now I can't imagine my life without having KL as a part of my week.Watching videos of myself when I started, vs. now is one of the most satisfying things to end 2022 with. I'm stronger, more agile, and can do things I thought would take YEARS to learn.Here's to another amazing year!

I have been attending a Saturday aerial hoop class with Katerina for a few months now and absolutely love it! We learn something new every week, beginners are welcome and Katerina and everyone in the class are super supportive!! I would recommend to anyone that wants to get into fitness, have fun and try something different.

If you fancy having fun, getting fit, making friends and becoming part of a supportive community this is the place for you. I love coming here twice a week for a pole class and trapeze class. I learn new moves, have a laugh with friends and get rid of the stress of work. It is my Happy PlaceAll ages, sizes, and nationalities are welcomed into the studio. Kaiya who owns the studio has built a safe happy place that's so great. There are different levels of classes too. If you want something positive in your life give a class a try

Kaiya is an amazing owner and instructor, and I would highly recommend KL Aerial Fitness to anyone, young or old, experienced or complete beginner, looking to continue or begin their aerial journey. It's a lovely and welcoming studio where you can just be yourself without any judgement.

This studio is fantastic. My daughter loves going . The instructors are amazing and so are all the students . Everyone is so supportive of each other and this helps so much with my daughters confidence.

I highly recommend Kaiya's studio for all your aerial training needs!All instructors are professional, encouraging and friendly, catering for all levels of experience and ability.It really feels like a welcoming community / family, who build each other up and celebrate every little achievement, which can be hard to come by with dance studios.Don't just take my word for it, come and try out a class and see for yourself! :)

My daughter adores this place, she started training with Kaiya and Josie aged 6, she is now 9 and this is one of her favourite places in the world to be.The support, encouragement and friendship she gets from both instructors and the other students are amazing. The kids classes are fun and everything they do is tailored to each child's ability
