“They are very helpful, but if you just buy something from behind the counter, you have to join the same queue as people waiting for doctors' orders... would work better if the queue for orders was on the right of counter and over counter purchases on left”
“I think 1 in a THOUSAND error is quite expected.... They DO check it all thoroughly, but, they deal with HUNDREDS of prescriptions a day............. You have to PLAY-FAIR ya know !! ?”
“Having previously posted a 2 star rating A year ago I felt it only fair to update my review. The ladies in this chemist have always been friendly and helpful. My issue was always repeat prescriptions and the 48 hr rule that appeared to be written in stone. There has been a change of pharmacist and the service now is a thousand times better when it comes to prescriptions. They are done when you go in for them if they have the stock in. I do appreciate it may not always be that way but when it happens for a particular reason and its explained politely you dont mind so much.Definitely a huge difference.”
“Great staff who are always friendly and willing to help anyway they can, most of the issues I've had have been doctors fault not theirs or due to a national shortage of that type of medicine. I only use this pharmacy and I trust the people that work there more than my doctor”
