Despite the name Poundland, they now sell many things in multiple pounds. The store is clean and well laid out. Do shop around before you visit as some things are an excellent price whilst others are not!

Probably would have given 5* however staff talking on their phones, personal telephone conversation whilst serving me is totally unprofessional and disrespectful of both myself and the company they work for. As a customer I would never be on my phone while being served in a shop because it is disrespectful. Please tell staff to make such calls on their time not mine.

Absolutely no care for customer service. A large lady even brought her friend ahead of me in the que to serve her and then left me to wait for the self service.

Never disappointed with the range, the quality considering you are paying only a pound, and the vastness of the store. Pound land now has PepCo products as well which is very welcoming.
