We had my little man's birthday there today 4/2/2023. There was three three boys all have ASD and special needs. I can honestly say I've never been more proud of them boys. What an amazing place! Both my children enjoy there parkour and ariel hoop class here, great coaches who take the time to teach and help them improve ? they always look forward to there classes every session.

The Kinetix Academy is a purpose built training space for Parkour, freerunning, acrobatics, and circus skills.
Team Kinetix have been supplying parkour performance and coaching on an international level since 2005 including consultancy and choreography for theatre and film.
If you’d like to learn parkour in Essex, Team Kinetix have instructor-led classes for all ages and abilities running every day, as well as specific SEND classes for people with additional needs.
Team Kinetix also provide parkour performers for events, television, film, and theatre.
