I've been coming to Two Tails for just over a year now and highly recommend. The coaches are brilliant and everything can be scaled to suit. What I love most is the community feel, everyone is supportive and encouraging of each other. Come and give it a try!

I moved to the area 6 months ago and joined two tails as soon as I moved. It is a great place to train and the coaches are amazing, everyone is so welcoming at the atmosphere is great. All the workouts can be tailored to your fitness level and the coaches are always pushing you to be better and improve. I couldn?t recommend two tails enough, I love being part of this great community!

After years working out alone, I decided to give CrossFit a shot. I love CrossFit, it's a great sport. But what I love the most about Two Tails is the community. The coaches, Nat, Dean and Matt, are amazing and very supportive. They make you feel welcomed since the beginning scaling the exercises for new members. As other members said, it's a happy place to train.

After just one session I was hooked, I?ve been introduced to a new way of training and have enjoyed every minute of it. Setting new goals is one thing but finding the perfect trainers to get you there is something else, I could not be more grateful to the experience they have shared with us, they have the patience of a saint ? 5 months ago I joined two tails CrossFit in Witham with no experience of CrossFit before. I was nervous on my first day and unsure of what to expect. After meeting my coach Nat, meeting some members of the group and having my introduction to some of the movements I stopped my gym membership and signed on to the premium membership with two tails that day. I have never looked back since. I absolutely love the style of training and am constantly learning and developing, doing things I never thought I could do before. There's such a friendly community which have come to feel like family. I look forward to every session and come away feeling amazing. It has become a huge part of my life now and believe it always will be. A big thank you to Nat, Matt and Dean.
