I've been practicing yoga with Mine for a couple of years now and highly recommend her classes for beginners and more advanced students alike. I really value the option of in person teaching and the small class sizes. The sessions provide a good balance of relaxation and restorative poses - a perfect start to the working week!

My first experience of yoga practice here. Teacher (Milne) and classes are friendly and welcoming. I have tried group and 1:1 classes.I started recently to improve my flexibility and have already addressed my lower back pain. It's very relaxing and non competitive so even if like me you have no co-ordination or balance it is well worth trying.

If you are thinking about trying yoga, DO IT!! My first experience was amazing. Mine made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Always finished feeling full of positive energy. I can?t recommend Mine and her classes highly enough! You will have a beautiful experience, just give it a go!!

I am just starting out as a student with Mine, her classes are relaxed and fun. I am already starting to see some benefits, which is helping my running, and enabling me to be more focussed.I look forward to each session, and give everything I have, knowing that Mine will support and encourage me to do so, and guide me on this amazing learning path.

I am just coming to the end of my introductory block of six one to one tuition sessions with Mine, and I am hooked on this incredible practice. I have gained more flexibility, mobility, balance and strength than I would have thought possible in such a short space of time, and I have only scratched the surface of what I now know I could achieve.Mine is one of those rare tutors that not only understand their craft, but also understands how to teach it, in an informative and enjoyable manner. Looking forward to moving on to some of her group classes next.

I tried Yoga Moments for the first time this year. I hadn't a glue what it would be like but Mine was great, she helped me with all the poses and more importantly showed me easier versions to start off with. Her classes are good fun and informal, I've been on Mondays and Wednesdays and they are ideal for beginners like me. I would recommend her classes.

Having never done Yoga before in my life, I found Mine to be an excellent teacher. I booked a block of one to one sessions with her. I was struggling with insomnia at the time, and Mine took this into consideration and we focused on that for my first session. I've got to say I slept very well that night! I would highly recommend Mine.

Mine is a fantastic teacher, this was the first time I can taken part in a yoga class and I'm now hooked! Very considerate and relaxing but taxing at the same time. I love that Mine takes the time to examine and correct posture. Excellent class!

I have been thinking about trying Yoga for some time. So Recently booked a Yoga Class with Mine at Yoga Moments in Witham, and glad I did !! Really enjoyed it, would definitely recommend to anyone else that is looking to learn Yoga.
