AVOID! POOR POOR AWFUL.The staff wear no gloves whilst handling food they are on there phones behind the counter! Absolutely terrible place to go to enjoy a meal!The food was cold and refused to eat due to them not wearing gloves they also refused me for a refund

Maschine cancelled our order and was instructed to go to counter. Tried to get us to reorder but money had already been taken. Gent was friendly enough getting me to write down the order, apologizing....but 15 mins later out order came with a cold whooper with one piece of salad,chips tipped out in the bag and no fork for the loaded fries. Line was that long it would have pute late to work. Couldn't us the tell us app cause I wasn't given a receipt so no code and it won't work without one. For a company that size very shocking.

Travelled towards Bristol Severn view services on Thursday last week. HGV broke down. Asked for help from (Raf) store member of staff, he helped me with buckets of water running to and from the kitchen to help me get back on the road which was greatly appreciated. All the staff at this branch (Tia, and Josh) were also extremely helpful and compassionate. Thank you once again

Clean facilities. Good service, cheerful staff. Comfortable seating and plenty of room. TV with News etc. Shop a little expensive but well stocked. Plenty of electric charge points. And ample parking.

Painfully slow service. Doesn?t appear to be any management. 25 minutes for a chicken royale meal! 4 staff on, not particularly busy just incredibly inefficient!All people in photo waiting over 15 minutes

30 minute wait for food & they still got my order wrong. Server was pleasant enough but spent more time chatting than working. Thoroughly disappointing.

Great food, £34 for 3 regular meals and one side is a little pricey but still have say I think it's better than McDonalds in terms of taste. The double whopper definitely appears to have shrunk but somehow I was definitely stuffed after so that's fine.

Stopped to have a bite to eat here.Ordered via the screen and then had to wait over 25 minutes for 5 veg burgers to be made. It wasn?t even that busy so I don?t know why we had to wait.Burgers arrived and were just about warm. Lettuce inside looked anemic and not fresh at all. Fries were the best part of the meal.Staff kept the eating area clean and tidy.Wouldn?t stop here to eat again.

Quite litterally THE WORST burger king I've ever eaten. If I wanted cold food I'd buy a sandwich (they've already been invented) if I buy a burger I want it at least warm.... Absolutely useless. Stay at the travelodge and you can't even eat. Shut your buisness down ASAP. SHOCKING!!!!!
