By far the worst service station I've ever been to. Quite frankly it is a complete dump. The worst part is the staff. Completely ignored by a woman in the shop when trying to pay. It was late at night, she looked up at me whilst I was queuing, and then just looked down and carried on doing her paperwork for at least another...

I would give zero stars if I could. Shockingly bad. Very poor facilities: female toilet out of order (luckily there was another one at the fuel station), male toilet beyond filthy; one tiny WH Smith with minute selection at extortionate prices. General feeling of negligence. Avoid at all cost!

Cheap clean and good price, it’s a Travelodge not a boutique stay so boring box. Signs to enter are good given the mini maze involved from motorway. Otherwise easy access to Wales/ Forest of Dean and Bristol/Bath M4/5 etc.
