EE is probably the best company in the UK at the moment, they seem to be the only company i have dealings with who still value customer service. Ive used them for years and will continue to do so, they always go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. Now BT and EE are owned by the same holding hopefully i will have similarly positive experiences with BT. Keep doing what youre doing EE!

Horrific experience. We only wanted to move house! In the 21st century you would think it as easy as to notify your provider, but oh no, not with EE.At our property we had broadband for my business and fibre for everything else. When I called to set-up my home move they promptly cancelled my broadband as they said I couldn't have Broadband and Fibre accounts at one address.EE then tried to move our Fibre account to our new home five times, each to no avail.Numerous staff 'took ownership' of the problem but it seems what they meant was ownership for that shift, so at the end of the shift they forgot about promises to call back, or follow up, utterly. After too many calls (its a good job my mobile is with EE (for now!) as we would have spent a fortune) calling to check up, chase and generally harass some sort of action. We've been in our lovely new home for five weeks, and no, we still do not have Fibre, but if I could make EE's automated letters and emails into currency I'd be a rich man.EE is a shambles, and after nearly two decades of loyalty (they have nearly always been our mobile phone and home internet provider) you would think it counts for something, but nothing, whatsoever, at all. This account was cancelled by a guy who finally said stop, enough is enough, and stopped the farcical merry-go-round; albeit with automated letter advising of a £60 cancellation fee.But the joke is on you EE, because EE canceled the contract (and finally waived the fee) and put us in a new contract. So as soon as it's all working we are going to invoke our 14 day cooling off rights and go elsewhere. When our mobiles come up for renewal we are taking them off to pastures new to.This farcical situation will eventually cost EE two landline and two mobile contracts, totalling over £120 per month.Shame on you, truly, shame on you EE.
