Was advised by 111 to come here as only pharmacy open in Bristol area late at night (already tried Avonmeads and was closed). Drove to Bradley Stoke from Stockwood at 10pm on Saturday night. I'd ran out of medication and needed an emergency issue of a few days. The lady told me they didn't have my 100mg in stock. I asked if they had a different mg and she said they had 50mg but weren't allowed to issue these. Seems silly they couldn't issue 4 50mg. Will have to try a different chemist tomorrow (sunday). What a nightmare

Boots should be open until 7pm ,today they decided to close half an hour earlier, or maybe even earlier.a woman from the staff, I came back from shopping or a break, opened the door 5 minutes before 7 and immediately closed it behind her.Luckily for me, the pharmacy was open, but only one person was on the evening shift and the queue of people was long and I had to wait half an hour to be served. The lady from the pharmacy was very helpful and nice.

How many weeks do they need to put pills into a box. Really don't need them wasting my time on a monthly basis

Very poor service from the pharmacy.Popped in on a Saturday morning g to collect script - not filled. Items ?ordered? and delivered but not put up.Advised that I would return on the Monday to collect. Went in at 16:45 - still not ready!Don?t get your prescriptions sent here is you are actually unwell - you?ll have to wait a week before you pick up your meds.I expect more of a pharmacy - and especially a Boots one!

I popped in here as I had an awful sore throat. Us men can be such babies about such thing.I didn't have a clue what I needed but not just losengers. I asked the lady behind the counter and explained the best I could in my croaky voice.I was recommended a spray that I could immediately as long as I wasn't on any other medicated.I opened it as soon as I left the shop and gave myself a good spray. It burnt like crazy for a few seconds then went numb and the pain was finally gone.I'm really happy I asked for advice from someone who knew how to help.

Easy accessible store in the Willowbrook centre complex. Selling all the usual boots stock, also a pharmacy.

Very busy pharmacy over worked tried to ring on many occasions to check that my prescription is there and allow time for preparation of the prescription before I arrive but no one ever answer s the phone it just keeps ringing. When I then go in to collect it can take upto one and a half hours wait. Nice team very helpful but definitely short staffed and stretched for the number of customers it has to cater for. This is not a complaint about the pharmacy team just it's management.

Went to collect medicines. There was one lady who was busy with single customer for almost 15-20 minutes. More people should be there at pharmacy

This shop used to be ok, but over the last few months everything seems to have gone to pieces.Regarding prescriptions, there?s now a sign up saying to allow 7 days for repeat meds! (and they don?t even contact you to advise they?re ready) - whereas Tesco?s pharmacy a few yards away always texts you the same day or at the latest the day after they get the order. Plus the staff there are efficient and can find your prescription in moments. I switched my designated pharmacy a month or two ago and have not regretted it for a moment,Also one of the shop assistants at Boots excelled herself today - my wife wanted a personal aid, checked on the internet that it was in stock there, and went in to buy it. She couldn?t find it on the shelves and asked, only to be told categorically that it wasn?t in stock and that it ?said so on line?. It wasn?t until the assistant finally let my wife see what was on her screen, presumably to ?prove? who was right, that it had to be pointed out to her she?d selected the wrong product. Eventually after a further wait, the right one was found, well hidden somewhere in the shop. No apology given whatsoever. And this is just one example of the poorly-trained and unhelpful staff they now employ.

If you want people to queue at the prescriptions counter for medicines put up a notice. Don't let a queue form for ten minutes and then tell them off.

Never been there, I tried phoning to locate medicines for a friend, they didn't even answer the phone. Not impressed ?

Always in Boots, the shelves are in a tidy state, with the relevant items easily found. The staff too are always so polite and helpful. Shopping in Boots, I find, is a very pleasant experience.

Such dreadful service at the pharmacy section. One particular member of staff is so argumentative.
