I've had an Everhot for over 10 years and love it! It's perfect for baking cakes every time. On Tues I rang up on the verge of tears as something had gone wrong and I needed to bake hundreds of cakes in it for a charity event the following week. After our old Everhot got broken I wrote to the costumer service to explain the situation. Hannah who took care of us was so helpful. At the end she send us a piece to change with a manual how to.
