ASDA Cheltenham is a budget-friendly store that offers low prices and grocery delivery. My shopping experience was fine overall, but I did notice that a significant number of items on the shelves don't match the placecards and isle descriptions. The store offers a range of items, from household goods to food, DIY, and many others. If you?re looking for a bargain, ASDA Cheltenham might be worth checking out. I also noticed that there was only one staff at the till, with a long queue piled up, while other tills were unstaffed, frustrating some customers.

This must be the worst stocked supermarket in Cheltenham.Tonight was my 3rd attempt to shop on the way home and again there were so many empty shelves it looked like it was closing down!!Maybe it's better stocked earlier in the day but in the early evening it's more of a "grab & go" convenience store than a supermarket.

My wife and I went to asda to collect a delivery, between my wife and myself we thought something was missing. We returned to the store and they couldn't have been more helpful. It turned out it was our mistake and they were so generous about us being quite wrong. They are a credit to the store and asda. Lovely women doing a difficult job.

Visited this morning and the frozen section had large amounts of products not restocked; weirdly though many of the ones in stock had 'out of stock' labels on in front of them. Generally the offers and placing of products is weird, for the frozen treats there are 3 seperate areas, 2 of those are 'special offers' but the offers seemed to be fairly random across shelves. So to make a 'buy 2 for £5' offer you'd have to worked across different shelf locations in between price reductions and similar '2 for £4' offfers. It doesnt help that the labelling is outside of the freezer units and they weren't lit, so when I open the door to actually see whats there in the dark corners it's a pain trying to figure out what price or offer it could be in, constant opening and closing. It just made what would have been a 2 minute task in somewhere like Tescos into a 10 or 15 minutes of doubling back on myself to see I hadn't messed up.Also, I'm not sure if this is a difference between stores or what, but could not find tinned fish anywhere, all the tinned items seemed to be split among different aisles, it just seems weird to have like 3 partial shelves of tinned items across 3 aisles like this and most likely a 4th location that, for the life of me, I couldn't find. The products are good and the prices too, but my gosh the layout and placement baffles me.

We were visiting the area and decided to go to the Asda cafe. We asked for the menu and the lady pointed it out. Literally nothing on the menu was available. I then asked for a cheese toastie which she said she will bring to our table. I started eating it and then realised it was chicken. I am a vegetarian and this was a complete shock to me. I was literally feeling nauseous and in shock. I told the lady and she replied with a ?oh?. She said it?s normally on this side and she had picked up the wrong one without looking. I have her name and the receipt and would like to make a formal complaint. This carelessness is not on and not acceptable. I am totally disgusted and has affected me terribly.

I took my son to the cafe for lunch and it?s safe to say I won?t be returning. They had nothing available on the menu and were so poorly put together. Tables were dirty and sticky and they were selling 4 day out of date milk to children. Absolute shambles

I visited Asda Cheltenham to buy a customised birthday cake and a lovely lady called Sonya was happy to assist. She stayed with me and helped navigate the printing system throughout my visit. Brilliant customer service and gratitude from Sonya! She really shown the true extend of ?going the extra mile?.

Such want to highlight behaviour of staff at the self service in Asda store Cheltenham on 15th July 2023 at around 15:00 pm. behaviour of the staff was so rude when I only asked simple question, I got the meat from the shelve, there was no price tag placed on the shelve, when I scan the barcode, it was expensive, then I called for help, worker came over, I mentioned I do not want this meat as it is pricey and he said in very abrupt voice ?the price is what is on the barcode? then I said again I got this product from shelve, there was no mentioned of price, then again he mentioned price is what?s on the barcode, then his colleague came over to see what?s going on, when I explained she was even ruder and very abrupt . This is my first incident at Asda, after shopping there for over 10 year. I hope someone at higher level highlight workers how to react with customers at any situation and help.

Visited earlier to grab supplies for weekend break and the layout of the shop is non-sensical as various clothing and daily foodstuffs are literally scatted among the shop, which annoying as it was, was overshadowed by the attitude of staff. Most were fine but had bad experience with scan and go member as staff was digustingly rude, my partner would attempt to talk but staff member would repeatedly tell my female partner to be quiet. That enough is vile. Im glad i dont have to go to this Asda regulary.

The only place 'I' could get some, good, tasty, jalapenos ? and some chicken roll too. Taste more, fresh and smooth. Some good and better offers, than other places

Went in at 7.00 this evening (later than usual) and no tills open. Apparently it's store policy. It was the weekly "big shop" so took us at least 15 minscto check out having to get a member of staff over 8 times due to it saying "unexpected item' despite it showing on the screen. Staff said it's always doing this. Will be going back to Sainsbury's next week. Joke of a store now, customer service?.....really!

Utterly terrible. Virtually all items substituted. The driver ran off before we could hand any back (perhaps overbooked by Asda?). We then tried to return in store and were met by complete moronic service by the manager and a member of staff. We are now stuck with very poor substitutes, being told we cannot return them. Never shopping here again.
