Very poor service in administering our SIPP over a long period of time. Often late with documentation, which was often wrong. Would not recommend.

Noisy generator running in front car park for weeks. Can’t get any rest! Can’t get any sleep! Can’t get any respect!No notice given so left with house stinking of diseasel fumes. I hate it.

Knowledgeable and helpful pension managers. Admin side is good, the staff seem to know their clients and respond quickly to requests. BW's service is at the top end and thus relatively expensive, they are not in the same market as the major platform providers, who aim more at self service and low costs.
