New Manager does a great job. This place never fails me. The food is consistently good. Very busy so service rushed. One drawback is it's always very noisy.

Absolutely disgusting food and service. Cold food on cold plates. A couple had their meal before ours and they came in afterwards. No offer of water or interaction with the staff. Didn't ask if we were happy or needed another drink. We only came to Cheltenham because Gloucester has stopped serving breakfast. Certainly won't be coming back anytime some.
