What a shocking experience. First and last time I shop there. My son and I purchased him a suit from there while on holiday and server forgot to take off security tags. 3 weeks later and they're still on, he can't wear the suit. They suggest going to a store close to me but the two closest one have shut so I'm expected to waste an entire day driving to a store just to get tags removed which should have been done at time of purchase. And follow up customer service is between non-existent and unhelpful. AVOID SHOPPING HERE!!!

How disappointing is it that House of Fraser used to give 10% off to blue card holders but apparently not anymore and it's not even updated. Went in there and found a nice gift. Checked the blue light card app and showed I could get a discount. I was told at the til that they no longer offer this discount. When I asked why is it advertised on blue light and not updated they couldn't really answer! I was told that if I want a discount I could join their scheme and get their card which I refused! Had to spend money on something that I was happy I could get a discount for. You should really update this and contact blue light as this is so misleading and annoying. What an absolute joke and lie you are....

great brand names shopping but shop setting is bad and dark, need to update interior. Bad for running the business in the old fashioned style.

If you are a wheelchair user, avoid this store, able bodied staff think it is acceptable for them to use the sole disabled toilet and spend 10 minutes in there.

Elegant department store in the Promenade part of town. Caffe Nero on ground floor and own cafe on 1st floor. Connects to Regent Arcade behind for convenient parking.

I hated this place when my kids were small, due to the numerous different levels which made it impossible with a pram! However, I've been going in there more and more now they're older and never fail to be impressed. Their shoe and ladies clothing is brilliant with good quality brands - easy to find a 'special' outfit. Homewares are excellent and well priced too. It's a one-stop shop and definitely comparable to John Lewis.

Brilliant shop, they have a wounderful cookshop, fantastic clothes for young and old make-up and perfumes are good too a good selection. I have to say this is the only shop i've ben able to get designer swimwear for my husband and my self which is fab.
