Went into the shop to buy some shoes for my toddler. I asked if they could measure his feet to which they replied ?no, they don?t measure? I then asked if I put a pair of shoes on my toddler would they check it fits as to which they said they weren?t qualified and walked off. Not much engagement or willing to help at all. In the end I decided to go to Schuch as they provide a fitting service and they?re all brilliant with toddlers and engaging. The staff in office didn?t approach us to ask if we needed assistance either we had to ask then, the shop was very quiet and they were more interested in talking to eachother and tidying the store than engaging with customers. Won?t be shopping in here again for my toddler.

Went in for advice on a pair of faulty shoes outside the 28 days, but under 2 year warranty. Didn't get as far as explaining anything - the server was too busy suggesting I'd doctored the receipt which I immediately provided, and called me a liar.I'll certainly never shop there again, and would suggest people buy direct from the brand. Complaint for both the faulty shoes and the absolutely DISGUSTING service pending.

The store is well presented and at face value is has an excellent selection of shoes, but when we were asking to try them on they had none in the size we wanted. It's not that we have an unusual size so it's puzzling that there would be such a shortage of stock. It's a shame because one of the biggest benefits about physical retail stores is the option to try things on and without that you may as well save money and shop online.

I went to change some shoes for a sixth month baby. This shoes I bought from them a month ago and I paid with a credit card, but they didn't fit. Unfortunately I lost the recipe but because I paid with the card they said it's ok and I can make the change. I brought them back in the box, untouched. Unfortunately they didn't want to changed the shoes, and as far as I know, I have all the rights to change any item I buy in UK, but looks like this guy who's a manager there needs more training, because he doesn't know anything about costumers rights. Shame on you!! Absolute disgrace. I'll never go back there, and I'll definitely make a complain!
