Took my daughter to get her a bracelet for her birthday. The lady who helped us was amazing and was very good with my daughter. It was a really special moment made by the lady who served us.

amazing staff here, so friendly and kind, me and my partner came in to check if they can untangle a necklace of mine and Paula went out her way to do this for me, I appreciated it so much, she was so friendly as were the other girls, we then proceeded to buy a new ring and they were also helpful with this, definitely recommend! Very friendly staff, didn't feel rushed, brought some charms for my wife's birthday and that staff asked the right questions and wasn't pushy to get sales.

Went in for a charm, fab assistant Elee, really helpful, bought more than we went in for with her help. Ended up with a free bracelet as well. Really impressed with the service.

Staff are more than useless couldnt tell me when they are getting a delivery in. They couldnt evan order a ring that they supply in there own store to there own store
